Police are investigating a crash which happened outside a busy tourist attraction over the bank holiday weekend.
Officers responded to the incident close to the entrance of The Royal Gunpowder Mills, Waltham Abbey, yesterday, alongside paramedics.
Three people, believed to be a male and two children, were injured in the collision which occurred shortly before 11am on the A121, at the junction of Highbridge Street and Beaulieu Drive .
A police spokesman said: “Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a road crash in Waltham Abbey in which a black Vauxhall Corsa and a black Porsche Panamera struck each other on Highbridge Street.
“Two people sustained minor injuries and one person sustained a serious but not life threatening injury.”
