Leytonstone Ex Services Club has announced its itinerary for Armed Forces Day on Friday June 28.
The club, on Harvey Road, Leytonstone, will have military personnel from the Army, Navy, Royal Air Force and Royal Marines attending along with local councillors.
The club will be open from 1pm until midnight with entertainment and music starting at 315pm and carrying on until the evening.
A guard of honour will be formed at 7pm to welcome the Vicar of St John’s Church and the Royal British Legion standard bearers, accompanied by a pipe band, into the club hall where the Vicar will give a blessing.
The club is open to all members of the public and a buffet will be available during the day and evening.
