Fatal crash man named
An elderly man killed in a car crash has been named.
Colin Evans, 70, from Brentwood was a passenger in the silver Honda Jazz which collided with a red Vauxhall van in Ongar, last week.
The accident which occurred shortly before 5pm on the A414 Epping Road on May 23, killed Mr Evans and seriously injured the female driver of the car he was travelling in.
Police are appealing for an off-duty nurse and a black male in his 30’s who stopped to help to come forward.
