A group which helps vulnerable adults to gain confidence and make friends is holding a fun day to raise funds so that they can continue the service.
The Expressions group, which meets in Lopping Hall, Loughton, every Friday, helps people with learning difficulties, depression and mental health issues to get back into social settings.
As a result of the weekly meetings, which have been running for a year, members have gone back into education, secured jobs and made life-long friends.
On June 29 the group will host a fundraising day with arts, crafts, a tombola and a variety of stalls with cakes, gifts and goodies for sale.
Doors will open at 11am and the event will run until 3pm at Lopping Hall.
