Tenor saxophonist Bobby Wellins performs at the East Side Jazz Club in Leytonstone on Tuesday (June 11).
He's backed by Barry Green on the piano, Mick Hutton on bass and Clive Fenner on drums.
Admission is £5 and doors are at 8.30pm.
It takes place at the Crown pub in the High Road.
Country rock band The Snakes headline the same venue on Wednesday (June 12) as the guests of promoters What's Cookin'.
They are supported by Americana group The Devout Sceptics.
Doors are at 8pm and it's free, although donations welcome.
Loughton Folk Club has a feature night in aid of the RNLI lifeboat charity on Thursday (June 6).
Headline act is blues and ballads player Alan Francis. Entry is £3 and it's from 8pm at the Loughton Club in Station Road.
Fabulous harmony duo Playing Rapunzel are the guests of Walthamstow Folk Club on Sunday night (June 9).
Admission is £7, or £5 for concessions.
Doors, at the venue in Ye Olde Rose and Crown Theatre Pub in Hoe Street, swing open at 7.30pm.
Alt-rockers Lonely Bird play at The Plough and Harrow pub in Leytonstone High Road on Friday (June 7).
Support comes from grunge act On Mercury and hard rock band Snake Bite Smile.
The show is organised by Another Winter Productions and entry is £5.
The venue hosts a 'Metal Mania' night on the Saturday (June 8).
Bands playing include Shattered Skies, Enkelination, CB6, Ice Cream Children and Hex.
There's no set price for entry, just pay a donation on the door.
