A controversial high-rise development could be extended to include an extra 80 flats.
Solum Regeneration is in the process of completing a 12-storey hotel, 85 homes and five retail units near Walthamstow Central station.
There was widespread opposition to the plans from people living nearby, who claimed it was poorly designed and would overshadow nearby properties.
Now Solum is poised to ask for permission to extend the development with a £20 million investment to create 80 more flats.
Full details of the extension are yet to be made available.
It is hosting two exhibition events at the Metro Pads marketing suite in Hoe Street.
The public can attend on Thursday, between 2pm to 8pm, or on Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
