A 42-year-old man will appear in court tomorrow for allegedly attacking a woman and ringing her 42 times in six days.
David Lawrence, of Flaxen Road in Chingford, will face a charge of assault by beating and harassment without violence at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
It is alleged that between June 5 and 10 he harassed Louise Burns when he rang her 42 times.
He also faces a charge of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000.
