An Islamist who wants to bring Sharia law to Britain has admitted assaulting two people in the street.
Jordan Horner, of Radbourne Crescent, Walthamstow, believes Osama bin Laden was a hero and has previously been jailed for assaulting a photographer.
The 19-year-old admitted two charges of assault and using threatening words and behaviour today at the Old Bailey.
Horner is said to have carried out the attacks with two other people, Ricardo MacFarlane, 26, of Boyden House, Walthamstow, and a 23-year-old man who cannot be named on January 6 this year.
MacFarlane and the 23-year-old deny all charges.
Horner, who changed his name to Jamal Uddin, was jailed for six weeks in July this year for beating up a photographer and causing £3,000 of damage to a car in a Walthamstow attack.
He was also seen putting up posters across east London ‘banning’ alcohol.
Appearing in court via a video link from Belmarsh prison, the 23-year-old and Horner spoke only to confirm their names and enter their pleas.
MacFarlane appeared in the dock wearing traditional Muslim headwear and a white robe over a grey tracksuit.
He denies three charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He chose to remain standing for the hearing.
The 23-year-old also denies three charges of assault and two of affray.
They will stand trial on November 11.
