A sex attacker’s sentencing has been postponed for a third time.
Gurbax Athwel, 43, of Villiers Close in Leyton, was convicted of sexual assault on August 16 for twice rubbing a woman’s outer thigh while on a Central line train on March 24.
He was due to be sentenced at the City of London Magistrates’ Court on Friday but an interpreter was not available.
The sentencing is now due to take place on Monday.
Originally scheduled for September 6, hearings have been repeatedly pushed back to allow time for reports to be prepared.
Athwel is banned from using the Underground unless going to court or meeting lawyers and probation staff.
