A charity shop has hired two new shop managers.
Jan Cutts has taken over at St Clare Hospice designer shop Scarlet in Queen’s Road, Buckhurst Hill, while Sandra revel has taken over in the Dunmow shop.
The pair both have experience in the charity sector having worked for organisations such as The British heart foundation and Sue Ryder.
Mrs Cutts siad: “I can remember buying a dress from the Scarlet shop when it first opened and thinking that I’d like to work there one day. Well that ‘one day’ has arrived!”
When asked who her ideal customer would be she said: “The Queen so I could tell her all about St Clare and ask for a big fat donation!
Mrs Revell said: “It’s wonderful to do a job that is so worthwhile and helping make a difference.
“The person I would like to see walk through the door is anyone wishing to become a volunteer.”
