Fireworks display this weekend
Guy Fawkes Night will be marked this weekend with firework displays and a funfair.
Barnardo’s Musical Fireworks display will be the only official event taking place in Redbridge at Barkingside Recreation Ground in Mossford Green, Ilford, on Sunday.
The event will include a firework display for younger audiences at 6.30pm, a second one for all ages at 7.30pm, a funfair, refreshments, music and a beer tent.
Adult tickets will be £5 and children will be £3, with money raised going towards a local children’s charity.
The gate opens at 6.00pm and tickets will be available on entry, with visitors not permitted to bring fireworks or sparklers.
