The head of Essex Police will take questions from the public at a meeting.
Chief Constable Stephen Kavanagh can be questioned over issues including crime trends and police performance, domestic abuse and policing plans for the next three years by Essex Police and Crime Commissioner, Nick Alston.
Residents will also be able to table questions at the event on Monday, which starts at 6.30pm at Chelmsford City Council Chamber in Duke Street, Chelmsford.
