Councillor Paul Braham officially open Caffe Latte withand Sharmila Gungadin
A coffee shop franchise invited members of the public and local councillors to the official opening of their new business.
Caffe Latte, based opposite the Tesco megastore, off Larkshall Road in Highams Park, celebrated the launch with food, drink, live music and a cutting of the ribbon by Hale End Cllr Paul Braham on Wednesday.
