A man has been charged in connection with an attack on an autistic teenager.
Lee Westcott, 26, of no fixed abode, has been charged with robbery, possession of an offensive weapon, and possession of cannabis.
Police released CCTV of the attack on the autistic teenager as she was walking through the Billet Road roundabout underpass on October 12.
Westcott was arrested in Hackey yesterday following an investigation by officers from Waltham Forest CID.
He remains in custody and will appear at Thames Magistrates Court today.
