A man has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to steal motor vehicles.
Essex Police officers carried out searches of lock-up units on a farm in Vicarage Lane, North Weald on Thursday.
Stolen vehicles and a large quantity of vehicle parts were found during the operation as well as a large quantity of telephone and railway cable.
A 35-year-old man from north London, has been arrested and bailed until January 15 pending further enquiries.
DI Rob Huddleston said: "We are working with BT, British Transport Police and Railtrack to progress the investigation.”
This follows two arrests made in North Weald last month after a spate of vehicle thefts.
