The rules of the hotly contested Epping In Bloom competition have been changed after the Tube Station was excluded from taking part despite being nominated by the public.
The competition is only open to licensed businesses, but next year will include all commercial premises following strong support for the efforts of staff at the station.
The station receives £250 from Transport for London to take part in the Underground in Bloom competition.
It was handed a certificate by Epping Town Council for its efforts this year.
