A volunteer-run library is celebrating its six-month anniversary this month.
Harrow Green Community Library in West Street, Leytonstone, opened in May after the Harrow Green Library was closed by the council in 2011.
All are welcome to a celebration on November 15, featuring food, dance, a Doctor Who quiz and more.
Doors are open from 7pm until 10pm in West Street at the large hall in the Epicentre.

The library is open at select times on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
