Police have issued a renewed appeal for help to trace a teenage boy, as concern grows for his welfare.
Danyal Arain, 13, was last seen at 3.20pm on Wednesday in the Queens Road area of Walthamstow.
The boy, from Leyton, has gone missing before but not for longer than one night and this time his mobile phone has not been used.
He is also not responding to messages on social media.
Danyal is described as Asian in appearance, of medium build, 5ft 7ins to 5ft 10ins tall, with black hair.
At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a Kelmscott School blazer.
Over the blazer he was wearing a black Adidas jacket with blue stripes down the sleeve and a black and blue snap back hat.
It is believed he may have also been wearing jeans and blue Nike trainers.
Danyal is known to frequent Waltham Forest and Haringey.
Officers are appealing for anyone who has seen Danyal or anyone who knows of his whereabouts call police on 101 or the charity Missing People on 116 000.
