Dear Mr Muncey, judging by your very poor answer I presume that you cannot be bothered about Walthamstow in the slightest as you and your overpaid colleagues have given the go ahead for this disastrous trial.

I truly hope heads will roll for the mess created by yourself and the rest of your team, but I know that will be a hard feat to achieve as Waltham Forest council should be better known as the untouchables.

In your email you have asked: “If you have any comments or ideas on how the scheme could be improved contact us.”

Here is your answer.

Get yourself and the whole of your useless traffic team a job where you cannot inflict the damage that you did to this borough for the last few weeks.
