A CCTV image of a phone thief has been released.
The man pictured is wanted in connection with theft of four iPhones worth £2,300 from Carphone Warehouse in Old Church Road, Chingford, on December 2.
The man and an accomplice entered the shop at around 3.40pm and used wire-cutters to release an iPhone 6, a 6 plus, an iphone 5s and a 5c from a display unit.
The CCTV has been passed to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Met to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
