Two people escaped this morning (December 14) after being trapped inside a burning car.
Firefighters were called at 12.46am to Beulah Place in Waltham Abbey, to reports of a car fire with people reported trapped inside.
When crews arrived they had both escaped from the vehicle, which was completely alight.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
The two casualties were left in the care of the ambulance service by 1.28am.
