A 14-year-old girl has gone missing from her Walthamstow home for nearly two weeks.

Police in Waltham Forest are appealing for the public's help to find Laura Ellis.

She has not returned to her home in Walthamstow since March 18 when she left for school in the morning.

Police described Laura as black, of a slim build, 5ft 5ins, with brown eyes and black hair, that is sometime worn in a bun or ponytail.

Laura was seen on March 24 in Walthamstow Market and is known to visit Priory Court and Walthamstow Central Station.

She was last seen wearing light blue jeans and a navy blue jacket.
