A 20-year-old man is the third person to be arrested in connection with the murder of a man who was fatally shot while sitting in a stationary car.
The man was taken to an east London police station on Thursday, April 19 but has since been bailed to return to a date in May.
Joseph Williams-Torres, who was from Walthamstow, was shot in Essex Close, near the junction with Pretoria Avenue on March 14.
The 20-year-old died on the way to hospital.
A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as a single gunshot wound to the chest.
A 15-year-old boy was previously charged with murder on March 20.
He appeared in custody at Stratford Youth Court the following day.
A 17-year-old boy was also charged with murder on Wednesday, March 21.
He appeared at Stratford Youth Court on Thursday, March 22.
