We have reached Thursday and the weekend is now definitely in sight.
Here are the traffic and travel blackspots to avoid today to make sure your day gets off to a smooth start:
Traffic
Traffic is very slow on the M25 anticlockwise due to an accident involving a lorry between junction 26 for Waltham Abbey and junction 25 for Enfield, delays as far back at junction 27 for Epping.
Barrier repairs from yesterday are still taking place on the M25 at Maple Cross following an accident involving a lorry, with one lane closed anticlockwise.
Tube
Minor delays on the Metropolitan line between Watford and Harrow on the Hill while engineers attempt to fix a signal failure at Croxley.
There is currently a good service on all other London Underground and Overground lines.
Weather
After the showers of yesterday, the spring sunshine is set to get back on track today, with a dry day forecast.
Expect sunshine with spells of cloudy weather throughout the day, with highs of around 14C from early afternoon well into the evening.
