WOODFORD Rugby Club get their 35th mini-rugby season underway on Sunday, September 2, with an open training session.
It takes place at the club's Higham's ground, which is next to Woodford Girls High School.
All past and would-be players, both boys and girls, are welcome in the age ranges of U6 to U12. Experience is not necessary as coaching will be given.
During the coming season a series of inter-club matches will take place, at home and away.
There will also be rugby festivals for the mini-sides, except the U6s.
The open training session was originally arranged for August Bank Holiday.
Last season, Woodford Rugby Club had some 130 young members and hopes to attract even more this year.
