Close to £3m has been slashed off the price of Rod Stewart's mansion.
The rockstar and his wife Penny Lancaster have been looking to sell their home in Copped Hall, Epping for the past two years.
Despite boasting a boating lake, swimming pool, formal garden, tennis court and a full sized football pitch, Rod was unable to shift the mansion for the original £7.5m asking price.
Now the 'Maggie May' singer is cutting the price for a third time, with a home once used to shelter Winston Churchill during the Blitz now on sale for £4.725m.
Its listing on Savills reads: "This is a splendid and imposing historical period residence with conspicuous appeal the interesting mix of Jacobean style with detailed pargetting to the exterior walls and full height leaded light bay windows with heavy oak mullions is at once impressive.
"The Wood House is set within truly stunning grounds which have been beautifully landscaped to ensure resplendent colour and year-round interest. "Formal gardens surround the house creating a stunning visual scene from the majority of rooms."
