A man has been charged with murder following the death of a 61-year-old woman at a residential address in Chingford.
Mitchell Denahy, 24 of Waverley Avenue, was today (Friday, January 24) charged with the murder of 61-year-old Beverley Denahy
Police were called at 11.35pm on Wednesday, January 22, to reports of a disturbance at a residential address in Waverley Avenue.
Officers found the victim suffering head injuries; she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mitchel Denahy was remanded in custody and will appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, January 25.
