A man charged with the murder of two men in Ilford appeared in court today.
Vytautas Garmus, of Prince Regent Lane, Newham, appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday, January 13) charged with the murders of Dainius Kulboka, 44, and Jonas Semenas, 45.
The 51-year-old was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on Friday, January 15.
Both of the victims were found suffering from stab injuries at an address in Tavistock Gardens in Ilford on Sunday, January 10.
Post mortem examinations at East Ham Mortuary on Tuesday, January 12 gave cause of death for both men as stab injuries.
Both the deceased are Lithuanian nationals – their next of kin have been informed by the police.
