Detectives investigating two shootings in east London have charged a second man.
Tyrelle Joseph, of Banks Way, Newham, has been charged with murder and attempted murder.
The 20-year-old is due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates' Court later today (Friday, February 12).
Police were called at 10.14pm on Sunday, November 1 to reports of a shooting on Balfour Road, Ilford.
Jason Diallo, a 30-year-old man from Ilford, had been shot in the head; he died at the scene.
At around 10.33pm on the same night, police were called to reports of a shooting on Garvary Road, Canning Town.
A 27-year-old man was taken to hospital with injuries later assessed as not life-threatening.
Mushin Mohamed, of Leytonstone Road, Stratford was also charged with murder and attempted murder on Thursday, 19 November.
The 24-year-old is next due to appear at the Old Bailey on March 12.
