An 18-year-old man was stabbed in his neck and killed yesterday in Walthamstow.
Police were called to reports of a stabbing in Lea Bridge Road at 5.20pm.
Emergency services rushed to the scene were an 18-year-old man was found with a stab wound to his neck.
CPR was performed but the victim was pronounced dead at 6.08pm.
There have been no arrests and police say they do not believe the attack to be ‘gang related’.
There is already a Section 60 order in place, boosting officers stop and search powers in E17 and E10.
