Commuters facing two hour delays on major roads due to heavy rain and flooding
Drivers are facing delays this morning on major routes and roads due to the heavy rain and flash flooding yesterday.
In South Woodford the A406 North Circular is closed east bound at Waterworks Corner junction with Woodford New Road due flooding.
There are diversion in place via the exit and entry slip roads and traffic is queuing eastbound and is almost back to the Lea Valley viaduct.
Commuters are reporting massive congestion in the area and delays of up to 2 hours near the M11.
