A teenager has been charged after a teenager died from a stabbing.
Kamran Khalid, 18, was identified as the man who stabbed by a 15-year-old boy at Harrow Road, Ilford, on Thursday (October 28) at 3.45am.
The boy, who cannot be named, was stabbed after reports of a fight in the early morning.
Officers attended with medics from the London Ambulance Service and the London Air Ambulance.
He was treated at the scene but despite the best efforts of emergency services, he was pronounced dead a short time later.
His family is being supported by specialist officers.
