Ilford North MP Wes Streeting will be hosting a virtual roundtable to discuss the challenges facing small businesses in the area.
Representatives from Redbridge Council will join the discussion where local businesses will have the opportunity to share their experiences of running a business during this time, and how their business is adapting as we begin to open up.
The MP will also deliver a free training session on digital marketing led by Google, both events will be held on Friday, November 19.
The roundtable and training session will be interactive, allowing participants to pose questions to Wes Streeting MP, Redbridge Council and the Google trainer.
The training session will be focussed on digital marketing strategy, providing tailored advice on how local businesses can grow and reach more customers online.
Wes Streeting MP said: “Businesses have had to adjust so much in the past eighteen months. I hope that this training session can provide some useful digital marketing tips and tricks for local businesses.
“In Ilford North we have over 5,000 small businesses, I want to hear about the challenges they are facing and how I can work to ensure they have the support that they need.”
