A man was rescued from a house fire in Ilford this morning (February 17).
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were rushed to the blaze in Eton Road around 10.36am.
Firefighters rescued a man from the rear garden of a mid-terraced house and two people were treated by paramedics at the scene.
The blaze damaged half of the ground floor and part of the first floor of the property.
It was under control by 11.21am.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
