A wonderful photo of Chingford Mount c1925 - a terminal point for trams from Walthamstow.
With the construction of Albert Crescent in the 1930s, this became the natural terminating point for trolley buses and eventually buses.
Note that both sides of Chingford Mount Road are still green fields.
The old Prince Albert can be seen on the right.
