Boxer Amir Khan has spoken out against London Mayor Sadiq Khan after the athlete was recently robbed at gunpoint in the capital.
Speaking on ITV breakfast news program Good Morning Britain the boxer told hosts that "even after it happened I was still in London for another two days and I was walking around outside and I was really scared."
He added that although he wasn't wearing a watch that resulted in his recent encounter he still felt "very unsafe walking around London and England."
The professional boxer was joined by his wife Faryal Markhdoom from their Dubai home who told presenters that "you'd never think this would happen" adding that it was a "really big wake-up call".

The remark comes after the boxer had his watch worth £75,000 stolen at gunpoint whilst crossing the road in East London with his wife.
Amir told fans that he saw two men approach him with guns asking for his watch which he swiftly handed over.
Since the incident, the Metropolitan Police have opened an investigation into the gunpoint robbery.
As a police spokesperson told the BBC that "A man aged in his 30s is alleged to have been approached by two males who threatened him with a firearm before stealing his watch and fleeing," said a statement.
"There were no reports of any shots fired or any injuries. Police responded and conducted an area search.
"At this very early stage there have been no arrests. An investigation has begun and police are following a number of enquiries."
