Police discovered a drugs lab in a raid at an address in Ilford.
The Metropolitan Police say more than 50 items were seized, including a large amount of suspected drugs.
The lab, in Cambridge Road, has since been shut down by officers after the raid at 5.32am (May 26).
A 33-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs.
They were taken into custody and have subsequently been bailed pending further enquiries.
Police say the warrant was in connection with the manufacture and importation of Class A drugs.
Inspector Yasar Noori from the Met's east area command unit, which covers Redbridge, said: “This was a fantastic effort by the Redbridge safer eighbourhoods teams who continue to work hard for our communities and ensure we deal with such matters robustly.
"If you are thinking of doing such things then think again, it is only a matter of time before my teams find you and bring you to justice.”
