SPURS will be looking to get their Premier League campaign back on track this Sunday.

The 4-1 defeat at Birmingham City on Saturday was a big shock to the system, after the previous week's Carling Cup triumph at Wembley.

While many were quick to suggest that Tottenham had given up on the league to concentrate on the UEFA Cup, boss Juande Ramos insisted this was not the case.

And he is expecting nothing less than three points when local rivals West Ham United arrive at White Hart Lane this Sunday.

The Hammers, like Spurs, sit in mid-table. Though a European place is not out of the question, Alan Curbishley's side will need a good finale to the season to pip a number of others to a coveted UEFA Cup spot.

But, even though this is a mid-table clash with an end-of-season feel to it, one must not forget it is also a London derby, and both sides will be playing for local bragging rights.

Matches between these two sides are always passionate affairs and Sunday's match is unlikely to be any different.

Though no one at White Hart Lane dares talk about relegation, the Lilywhites are only seven points above the drop zone and cannot take their eye off the ball, or they could find themselves being dragged into the mire.

Spurs are, of course, also in action on Wednesday, when they travel to Holland for the second leg of their UEFA Cup tie with PSV Eindhoven.

Sunday's match at White Hart Lane kicks off at 3pm.
