ETON Manor could have a role to play in the London Two title race even if it will not be them with the trophy when the dust settles on the season.

They play table topper's Tring on Saturday, as they look to build upon last weekend's assured win over Welwyn and finish the campaign strongly.

Tring will pose a stern test. They have won ten of their last 11 games, with a 22 all draw at Woodford afortnight ago the only blot on their copy book.

But Manor have form against the league's big hitters. They won the last game between the pair in September25-13. Then inNovember they claimed Chingford's scalp with a 10-7 win.

Coach Ged White said: "We have no fear of playing anyone in this league. We can influence how things end up because we are also playing Chingford in the last game of the season. When we play to the best of the our abilities we generally win."

Manor go into the tie without their outside centre, and also Reece Reid, the scrum half.
