SPURS look set to be without midfielder Jermaine Jenas for the visit of West Ham on Sunday.
The England international badly twisted an ankle in last night's Uefa Cup clash with PSV and boss Juande Ramos believes they will be forced to make a late decision on the former Nottingham Forest man.
He said: "He twisted his ankle, so we will have to wait 48 hours to see how he improves.
"But those injuries sometimes take longer than expected. We'll know more in 48 hours."
Alan Hutton is back in the squad after being ineligible for the UEFA Cup tie against PSV Eindhoven on Thursday, while Darren Bent has been ill and has not trained properly.
HRamos could rest players such as Ledley King with next week's return leg against PSV in mind. Long term injury victims Benoit Assou-Ekotto (knee) and Gareth Bale (foot) will still be missing.
