SPURS boss Juande Ramos is reported to be set to make a summer swoop on his former club Sevilla for Christian Poulsen.
The Spaniard is keen to make Tottenham a force in the Premier League and crack the Big Four's strong hold on the domestic game in England. And it is thought that chairman Daniel Levy will hand Ramos a war-chest to make that a reality next season.
And the Spurs boss looks set to make a summer raid for £8million rated Poulsen.
The north Londoners face a fight to sign the 28-year-old Danish international midfielder, with reports in Spain suggesting Barcelona will match any offer Ramos submits.
