SPURS boss Juande Ramos looks to have nailed down his number one summer transfer target.
There has been increasing speculation that Tottenham manager Ramos has been trailing Espanyol keeper Carlos Kameni for weeks to replace Paul Robinson at White Hart Lane.
And judging by rumours circulating in the media it looks like Cameroon stopper Kameni is set to leave Spain, with Spurs the reported favourites to secure his £4million signature.
Having intially rebuffed Spurs initial interests Espanyol sporting director Paco Herrera has given them the go-ahead to submitt a bid for Kameni.
He said: "I have spoken with his agents. It looks as if he will be leaving."
