A BLAZE ripped through a terraced house in Walthamstow.
Six fire engines and 30 firefighters attended the fire at the property in St Andrews Road on Saturday night (March 15).
No-one was in the house at the time and the owner has been informed.
Crews also cooled and removed three propane cylinders from the building, which are believed to have been involved in the blaze.
The ground floor, first floor and roof of the property were badly damaged.
Emergency services were called at 8.10pm and crews from Walthamstow, Leyton, Woodford, Tottenham and East Ham fire stations attended.
The fire was under control by 9.38pm but crews did not leave the scene until the early hours.
The area between Forest Road and Shakespeare Road was closed from 8.30pm until 2am.
More to follow.
