CHELSEA striker Andriy Shevchenko is itching to repeat last season's goal heroics against Spurs tomorrow.

Speaking to Chelsea.com, he reminisced upon the goal he scored a year ago in the Blues 2-1 FA Cup quarter-final replay win, where from a tight angle he bent the ball into the far top corner.

Shevchenko, who ranks the goal as the best during his time with Chelsea said: "It was better than the one against Aston Villa this season. That is because it was my left foot, the dynamic is different, and I couldn't believe it.

"It was a fantastic goal and a great game for us, to get into the semi-final of the Cup. Chelsea played fantastic football and created more chances, it was a very important game.

"Maybe not the most important, but maybe the most beautiful. The most important was against Porto, but that was special."

But Shevchenko accepts his form in that game last season does not guarantee him a place in tonight's starting line up.

He reflected: "After my injury I am improving and feel much better now, so I'm ready to help the team. But that's up to the manager."
