SOL Campbell looks set to miss out on a return to White Hart Lane when Porstmouth visit on Saturday, Russell Greaves.
The former Tottenham centre back (pictured) recently sustained a damaged knee and, despite responding well to treatment, he will be mindful of Pompey's upcoming FA cup semi-final match against West Brom.
Campbell left Spurs for rivals Arsenal in 2001, Goining the gunners on a free transfer and causing a storm of controversy in the proccess.
He returned to the Lane in November of that year and faced vociferous protests from angry Spurs fans who had branded him 'Judas' for his defection.
Ironically, his last game for Tottenham was a 2-1 FA cup semi-final defeat, against Arsenal.
That disappointment was indicative of a generally lean, trophy-barren spell at Spurs, with just a League Cup winners medal to show for nine years of service.
The Newham born defender, capped 74 times for England, has been back to White Hart Lane five times with Arsenal and Portsmouth and is yet to taste victory.
