ARSENAL look set to face European heavy-weights Juventus and Real Madrid in the Emirates Cup next summer in north London.

The second year of the competition has according to reports attracted two of the continent's biggest teams in the form of the Italian and Spanish giants.

Hamburg complete the quota of visiting sides for the tournament, alongside hosts' Arsenal. Spectators will see four games played over two days.

The Gunners are set to play the pick of the games, taking on Real and Juve when it kicks off in August.

The Gunners will be hoping to repeat their success of 2007, when they scooped the Emirates Trophy in its inaugural year.

Arsene Wenger's side have had the best of their competition rivals recently. They beat Hamburg twice in the Champion's League last year, and saw off Real and Juve on route to the competition's final two season's ago.

The Gunners secured one of the biggest victories in their history with a memorable 1-0 win in the Bernabeu, as they became the first British club to win there. And Thierry Henry's proved enough to win the two-legged tie to see them through the first knock-out stage of the competition that season.

Next up were Juventus in the quater-finals, where goals from Cesc Fabregas and Henry in the first leg at Highbury proved enough again to secure victory following a 0-0 draw in the Stadio Delle Alpi in the return.
