ARSENAL chairman Peter Hill-Wood has stated that the club have tabled an offer to keep star midfielder Mathieu Flamini at the club after his deal expires in the summer, writes James Randall.
The midfielder has claimed on many occasions that he has no desire to leave The Gunners but has yet to sign a contract extension.
Hill-Wood told the Daily Star: "We have made him Flamini a proposal, He added: "We have heard from his representatives but they have not given us a response."
Flamini's future was in question last summer, having been used sparingly by boss Arsene Wenger. But after deputising for the absent Gilberto at the beginning of the season, Flamini has become an integral part of the Arsenal set-up.
