SPURS could be set to raid Belgium club Standard Liege for highly rated Marouane Fellaini, with a £10 million offer for the part Morrocan midifelder, writes James Randall .
The 20-year-old was the subject to a £6million bid from Premier League side Everton in the summer, however the bid failed and now the Llilywhites according to media reports step in to sign the Belgium international.
Despite being a midfielder, Fellaini has netted two goals in five starts for his country, and has scored six times in 40 apperances for his club side.
Liege director Luciano D'Onofrio said: "Everton have made an unofficial bid but we turned it down. Bayern Munich and Spurs are also interested."
