ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger has demanded his side fight back and return to winning ways if they are to get anything out of the season, writes James Randall..

The Gunners haven't won in five games, their worst run for nine years, and will want to get back to winning ways away to Bolton on Saturday.

Wenger told the clubs' official website: "We want to do well in the Premier League and not dream about the Champions League, we have to fight back. It is five games now since we have won and we want to come back to winning ways."

And despite falling six points behind in the title race, Wenger wants his team to move on from the 2-1 defeat at Chelsea on Sunday.

"It is very hard to swallow, the way we gave away a good position at Chelsea after fighting so hard," he said.

Wenger added: "We have to become more efficient defensively because if you look at the goals we have given away recently they have been inefficient."
