JUNIOR FOOTBALL
RUSH Croft School from Chingford are the new senior schoolgirl soccer champions of Waltham Forest.
They lifted the Leyton Orient Community Sports Programme's Knockout Cup after beating Leytonstone School 7-2 in final played on the astroturf at the Score complex, Leyton.
Rush Croft will go on to represent Waltham Forest in an inter-borough tournament later on this year.
Leyton Orient Community Sports Programme run football sessions for girls at Score, Rush Croft School and Mile End Stadium on Mondays and Roding Valley, Loughton, on Thursdays.
